Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee. * No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Refund Policy Your satisfaction is important to us. We encourage open communication during your appointment to ensure you are happy with your service. * Once a service is completed and approved by the client before leaving the appointment, all sales are final. * We do not offer refunds on completed services. * If you are unhappy with your hair, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment.
